Is there any one who removed the nail after the journey of lengthening, do you
Feel any improvement after removing the nail or same as before like range of motion or pain gone after removal!!?

Only a little. Bones naturally/usually bend a little bit when you move. When I'd do things like climb ladders with the nails in, I'd notice their presence providing some resistance. That went away after they were gone.
