Hi guys,

Did anyone try to use steroids and HGH during lengthening as I know that they can help a lot in recovery. By the way I am not new to AAS and HGH, I've been using it in the past and have been off for a while. My surgery is in March 28, and I am a little bit worried if I should use them or not.

Healing too fast can be a bad thing.

Pre-considation will require an unnecessary rebreak, unless you just accept getting less height than you could've achieved

They would be beneficial after consolidation. You don't want your bones to heal until distraction is over. So use them when the process is over. Steroids will help to mantain and recover muscle tissue. Maybe some mild steroid like Anavar could help you in the process but you need to check with your doctor.
