I am a fairly successful bodybuilder (50k followers on Instagram heh) and scheduled surgery for the end of August, from 179 cm to 186 cm (might even end up with 188 cm or so as I have kinda severe genu varum, bow legs, surgeon will straight them).

Should I tell the surgeon that I am using anabolic steroids year round? In theory, they will only help recovery, Trenbolone increases bone mass, the body's regenerative abilities, increases growth hormone in an adult by 2-4 times.

Why, by the way, have I never heard of a person being prescribed growth hormone after surgery? After all, it greatly accelerates healing and any growth of tissues in the body

I live in Russia, here these surgeries are relatively inexpensive. In Moscow there is an operation even for 4k $, but I chose for 10k $ (LON). I don’t remember the name of the surgeon, but he has been working at the FrauKlink in Moscow, doing these operations for 30 years or so. He lengthens not only the legs, but also the fingers, hands, even calvicles.

If you trust him (!) tell him EVERYTHING! Without knowing he can even prescribe you hormone analogues  and you'd be left alone to avoid dangerous mixes and "chose" what to take.

At least some of them prescribe, if they consider useful, other hormones or analogues that are more effective according to their judgement and/or have less secondary effects, such as nandrolone.

I'm planning to take at least GH after surgery.

Tell the doctor all the medications you are on. Steroids have many side effects, including suppressing the immune system

Bow leg surgery is typically a 5mm increase sometimes a bit more.

Guys, thanks for the replies. I think I will tell him everything, there are unlikely to be any negative consequences, he is a respected surgeon with a very long experience.

I also think that with trenbolone, I could stretch the bone by 1.25 mm per day.
