I keep seeing different data, some say as high as 30% complications. Pubmed won't let me access some articles.

Does anyone have any links or resources where I can get more clarification on the actual complication risks associated with Precise 2?

Well there's less infection risk, but you bear other typical LLM risks such as non union, break of the nail, misaligment etc.

I would reseach traditional externals for more complicaiton related topics, since they were around since last century.
