I was looking at this page and I was confused by the price. I'm assuming the $4000 it has in the cost section does not refer to the cost of the PRECICE 2 surgery.

Is anybody familiar with these doctors? Testimonials, etc.

I'm sure there are plenty of threads already on here, but what are the best recs for cheap internal surgery?
