I saw this in a thread, can anybody tell me more about this doctor? anybody used them?

Also, does anybody know if the both segments price for external only? I mean are they really doing internal femur plus external tibia for only 54 k euro?!! I have saved $100k and I want to have at least 6 cm on tibia and at least 7 cm on femur , tibia external, femur internal and i want to get both done within 1.5-2 years (including a 6-12 months gap after consolidation and next surgery). What are my options (note I cannot spend more, 100k max including all costs) besides parihar, this guy and birkholtz? thanks.
