Not sure, i think you can try unlisted doctors aswell, check who is perfoming this kind of surgery in your country. Honestly LL topic is getting seriously everywhere, even my doctor said that, ppl often ask him for LL as cosmetic/short statured reasons.

Do keep in mind that RGkey lengthened 9 cm in his tibias. His complications can be attributed to ambition.
