I think Salameh is one of the best choice to do LL on tibia now.
India is less safe than germany and i want to try to avoid to have a nail inserted so that i dont suffer from my knee later.
And his device is weight bearing.

Getting internals in India is too shady for me to consider an option. If internals are not even approved for use in India, how is Sarin currently offering them and Sringari planning to offer them soon?

Yeah you can wear pants but wide ones.
If you do around 7 cm you will probably keep the fixator around a year depending on your callus growth.
