I have a background in gymnastics and I can still do the splits and I do yoga regularly so I'm pretty flexible  Anyone did limb lengthening at 5'10 or higher?

Then you shouldnt have any problems imo, but you still need to ask the veterans:)

@WannaGrow: If you can do the splits right now then you're going to be just fine, I couldn't do splits, wasn't too far off and was just fine, and right now almost 7 months post op I'm just below average flexibility I'd say for my age, but little by little gaining my flexibility back... did 8 CM 5'5.5 - 5'9
