I'm still confused between Dr.Parhar and the Chinese institute. But I feel, I may eventually end up picking China (even though it will choke me till the throat financially)

Just came back from China - do not accept VIP room #5; no air and mosquitos from lack of proper screening! 

China's doctors are great, Maid is good and nurses are responsive.  Bring protein bars and oatmeal ....
Bring computer with lots of tv shows on external hard drive.

From my meeting with him(and KiloKAHN's diary), I can vouch for Parihar- he's awesome. By China, do you mean the Peng place? That seems good too from MDOW's experience.
