Are there any legit alternatives to LL surgery?

5cm wouldn‘t make it look weird? I doubt anything above 1 or max 2cm would not make you look weird. Anyways yea skull implant isn‘t really a good idea :/. Sadly there are no alternatives to LL as an adult. So to reach bigger heights you have to do it twice.

I mean in terms of looking weird it really depends on the shape of your head and the positioning of the implant. But when I tried to research this with the surgeon who supposedly did this in Spain, it drew a blank and I can't find anything else about it online other than the articles from nine years ago. As I said (though not having researched this) I would assume the risks I keep citing regarding precipitating hair loss, and trauma potentially causing leakage into the skull etc is a huge concern, especially given I do a lot of contact sports and would continue to do so even after LL (I hope).

Or just take finesteride which acts as a testosterone blocker and in the process decrease your libido, get gynaecomastia and increase the risk of aggressive prostate cancer.

It doesn’t block testosterone, it blocks a testosterone from converting into DHT which has only a slight impact on sex drive in most males. Also this won’t impact the development of gyno and it actually shrinks the prostate.
