Are there any Limb Lengthening doctors in China that are worth considering?

I feel like it would be easier for me to travel to China to do it then travel to the USA because it's cheaper to travel to China and the hotels will be less pricey.

I have so far only heard of Dr.Xia but i don't know if he does Precise at all.. I am not a fan of ilazrov, that is an ancient method of lengthening, discovered in 1951...
plus i want to lengthen Femurs as my femurs are the same as my tibias length wise.
