My question is same as thread's title and I ask about External Method Are "walking without support" and "frame removal" 2 different meanings???

There is no nail with pure external, if you're doing LON, LATN my understanding is there is no rush to remove the nail upon completion of lengthening as you can live a normal life with the nail inside your leg. Some people decide to keep it in permanently

If you're asking for pure external, then the time you can walk and frame removal are two separate things. Being able to walk is dependent on muscle recovery while frame removal is dependent on bone recovery. The more you walk according to many doctors will speed up bone growth
