this guy in the video did a 6cm humerus and look proportioned and in the comments the doctor says that the forearm can be lengthened too
Ok cool, but this is madness as an add-on for Cosmetic lengthening. Like how many people on a regular basis would even notice the difference. Also, unless you have dwarfism, what would be the benefit of a longer arm span?
If you need arm lengthening you have already lengthened too much.

It's generally not recommended. I know Paley discourages it and so does Betz when I asked him about it.
The only reason you would do it is if your arms are so short that you have trouble maintaining hygiene or have another detrimental functional deficit. Doing it for cosmetic reasons will in most cases be futile. The reason we notice an inch or two difference in stature is mostly our elevation of stature to a status symbol. People aren't fixated enough on arms lengths to notice a difference on as minuscule a scale.
I heard it just fully messes with your biomechanics and you won't be able to pick up a box properly afterwards. Don't worry about proportions too much, tbh I never really cared about it until this forum so regular people in your everyday life will not notice it unless you have like a 15cm difference between wingspan and height.
If you did limb lenghening, and your arm's length doesn't look proportional to your legs, shouldn't arm lenghening be considered!?

Only if it’s a big difference like 4+ inches.

If you are doing specific jobs like modeling, it probably does. You've to be on the stage walking and wearing new dresses.
