Arm lengthening cost, timeline, doctors and methods

Can anybody please guide me on the cost, methods, timeline and doctors for arm lengthening. If there is any detailed thread here in this forum (or in the old forum) please provide me the pointer, if not (if there is no detailed thread on these aspects of arm lengthening) then please provide your valuable input here. I have been intouch with many of the LL doctors about AL. My opinion is that you should read about doctors here in the forum. Keep your time with it and slowly make your mind which of the doctors you would trust. Then contact the doctors and find out what is their opinion in your situation.

After that decide where to go for a consultation if the doctor is intrested of your case. There are not enough information on the subject. If you want my list: Pili, Catagni, Birkholtz, Rozbruch.
