Hello this is my first time posting on this forum because I recently found that limb lengthening even existed as a cosmetic procedure. Do you think that it is worth to also do a arm/humerus lengthening? I’m considering to do a femur and tibia lengthening to go from 5’9 to 6’ but my wingspan would remain at 5’9 and I really have no idea how this would mess up the proportions and if it would be noticable during everyday life.

it'd be hard for even ll researchers to notice a -3in delta in wingspan without a before/after. and arm length isn't statistically significant in determining attractiveness
