Artificial limbs or Give Advice for operation

My friend legs become curved after the operation of 5 to 6 time. Now can any one suggest me can these type of legs be straight or not ?

he can stand with the help of wall or anything but not much time. Both leg become the same after some operations. Now he wants to ask can these type of legs be straight or not. How ? also tell me directly any limbs can help him to walk ?

You guys need to get a orthopedic docs opinion but it can be fixed with an external fixator
