Once regarded as the best choices for surgeons, I really doubt that is currently true. LL while barbaric is still a surgery. They are going to the 70s if not there already and I dont think its safe for them to operate.
Any cheap choice similar to Parihar that isn't crap? Solomin seems to cause a lot of nerve damage and Giotikas literally comes to Athen once a month.

Not sure how old Paley is but having seen him recently I can tell you that he appears to be in rather good shape!

Have you considered Assayag?
Also, I haven't read any negative issues to blame Solomin for, on the contrary. He's one in my shortlist.

Yeah, same. He seems incredibly underrated on these forums imo.
