no, you can't. SailingEngineer wrote you correctly. Some people have problems with clicks even during the lengthening (for those whose bone heals quickly).
The doctor also says to do more clicks the entire second week, because this is the stage of accelerated co-solidation in the body. I think that I would not be able to start clicks again 5-7 days after the end of the lengthening.
but you can do a second operation with the same nail inside you (the doctor will make the incision again). Some people do it in 2 stages. I also found out about this, the second operation will be much cheaper than the first.
