1) Giotikas is quite transparent with his price on his website. Quadrilateral lengthening is 78910 Euros, including physio but not accomodations in Athens.

2) On average, femurs are 20 to 25% longer than tibias. To keep your biomechanics, you need something like 8cm femur and 6cm tibias.

Average cost doesn't mean anything.  Some doctors chage 10 times what others do.  Figure out your budget and then go to the best one you can afford.

Your biomechanics will change once you do LL - your center of gravity will shift. You could aim to keep your current tibia:femur ratio but don't forget your torso which is an important variable in the equation.

You are based in the UK. Did you consider getting treated by Dr Giotikas for your ITB release in the UK itself?

Giotikas, like Guichet used to consider doing the procedure in the UK. However, COVID and changing quarantine policies have made that near impossible.

Doing double surgeries would put significant traumatic impact on your legs. I have yet to hear from a quadrilateral patient who recovered their athletic ability.

Doing 8cm on femurs would most likely allow you to recover most of your athletic abilities.

However, with any limb-lengtheing surgery, you will likely not recover completely from being able to perform intense lower body exercises like squating, sprinting, and jumping, unless you're extremely young. Increased torque on your longer bones will increase the likihood of fracture under intense load. Being unable to train intensely for at least 1.5 years is also a contributing factor.
