Wassermelone, look in the doctors directory. You'll see doctors organized by location, method, and price. Use the search function as well (top right), this is a common topic on this forum.
You can certainly try Russia, where I will be getting it done. It might sound biased but Dr. Solomin and Kulesh are brilliant doctors and their patients on this forum were happy. Kurgan lengthening center is also brilliant although they don't allow CLL unless your below 160cm. There are options in Armenia and also Greece as I hear but don't have any info on the doctors over there.
