Can anyone recommend best exercises to walk normally again? As I have big body swings.

Also, my pelvic area is particularly tight. The best way to describe this is I can’t do doggy style as when I am I position I can’t straighten my back. Would be great to get some advice for this.

Mindfully walking, forcing gait to best of ability, each step should be a stretch

And just walking alot

with time your body will adjust, I also wasn't able to do doggy style during distraction even right after, distraction it took a couple months into consolidation to be able to do doggy style in bed on my knees, keep stretching and working out so the body can produce new muscle to fill the gap
