Bro toys. Here are many surgeon who is performing this surgery. Rest of all in that dr parihar is not doing any kind of marketing or making patient interviews video and putting that video on social platforms. Like I did surgery with Dr Rohit and his team also want some kind of video content from me so I totally refused it. Even I didn't allowed them to take a pic of mine.
And bro I don't know more about foreign because I am indian. So do your research on it . And go any where. where you found suitable place but never go to turkey

Not you but your parents only if they can't physically be present. If they are there then there's no need for video recording. They are doing this because manchildren does this without telling their parents in India and then the parents file a police complaint against the doctor and the doctor has to face legal troubles.
