Current plan is:
1. If insurance will cover nail removal with Dr. Assayag/Janet Conway -> do it with them since they are within driving distance of D.C.
2. If not, not sure. If I fly to Parihar in Mumbai, I'll need to get a bunch of vaccines (unrelated to covid) beforehand and I don't think my insurance covers vaccines.
3. My plan C is if I can get enough United Airline miles/points through credit cards or points for hotels -> then maybe I'll use this to offset a trip to see Dr. Giotikas again and pay for nail removal with him. I could maybe use the second LL trip to Greece for internal tibias to grab the hyatt credit card signup bonus and then use that to pay for the hotels
a. Any other good ideas?
b. How much time and money should you budget to get both femur and tibia nails removed?
c. Bad idea to remove them both at once? Too much of a shock to the body or its fine?
d. Are all LL doctors good for nail removal/ex: should I be considering any other countries?
