From my own experience, I'd say doctor Monegal.
Dr. Pilli imo.
If you see his osteotomy cuts on x rays of ll patient (in diaries), you will understand why he is the best for external tibias.
He learned from Dr. Catagni and has worked together with many other renowned surgeons. Also graduated with Summa cum Laude (Honors with 4.0+ GPA) from medical school in Italy.
I have not heard anybody say a single negative thing about him on here, and all of his pts on here and the old site have made great recoveries.
For 8 cm, it would have to be Precise femurs and the most competitive doctor with that device is Dr. Pilli.
