Seems longer lentherning on any segment is riskier; would it make more sense to do the sequential (Option 3 Paley) surgeries and shoot for 9cm across tibia (4cm) and Femur (5cm) than a full 8cm on Femur?

Is it fair to say that the quad makes sense, if one ignores costs but prioritizes risk and recovery issues.

1 surgery is better than 2 lol. Also tibia has a bunch of noticable scars. 8cm femur and piss off and live ur life

Its hard to say. In my opinion I would rather have less surgeries and do it in 1 go but it might be different for others.
