Bias on Dr. Mahboubian

Hello CLL community,

I am planning 8cm(3inches) on Femur, with Stryde. Mahboubian is cheaper than the other doctors in the US (paley, conway, rozbruch), however he is still using the updated best methods of the more respected doctors.

Is his cheap marketing throwing everyone off? Can users post credible reasons to discount him. I am the last person to jeopardize safety, however, you are weighing significant factors here and if you are getting the same results, saving 30-40k in costs for younger prospective patients can be a determining factor.

To reiterate, I would love to hear legitimate concerns with Dr. M that could enhance my perspective in the face of reading seemingly safe and progressing diaries with Dr. M that appear to be going well.

I think hes a pretty good surgeon, but I am very mindful of the plethora of recent Mahboubian diaries on here.

I don't believe any of his diaries which do not provide x rays/pics of scars. Keep in mind he even has a marketing person who has an account on this forum..
