Resources or data of biomechanic changes with humerus lengthening? I'm looking to do 3cm. I've measured my forearm to be longer than females taller than me, the same as other males 3-5cm taller than I am. Also known someone short as 165cm to have bigger hands than somebody 182cm. With so many variables I would guess that you would be merely trading some advantages for some disadvantages when it comes to pulling and pushing and other movements.

Anyone have any evidence if humerus lengthening is indeed harmful to biomechanics? Or does it rarely make a difference in theory and the damage will be done because of the surgery itself?
