Blood cloths and thrombosis for patiens who are using weight bearing nails

I been doing small investigation what might expose to blood clots.

One thing which pops up are weight bearing nails.

Here are some cases i found:

http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=65955.93 - Erkan, Stryde patient. Dr. Koehne Strdye, Germany. Thrombosis. Was taking prophilaxic injections. Switched to Xarelto after incident.

http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=68419.0 - Giotikas patient. Had Gnail. Died.

http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=65955.93 - Paleys patient. "Blood shows dimmer levels elevated along with liver enzymes being elevated too." After incident asirin was switched to heparin.

I also found this:

"with stryde many doctors do not give xalrelto anymore because you can move around and stuff since weight bear (though some do give xalrelto, which is fine) so they just give baby aspirin but with something like precice you gotta take xalrelto advanced anti blood clot medicine cuz u are sitting or laying most of the day in bed"

So it seems patients who using weight bearing nails get different blood thinner medications.

What are your thoughts about this finding? It is said that patients who are using weight bearing nails are not in high risk to develop blood cloths. But if medication is different are patients who are using weight bearing nails in greater danger after all?
