How do the doc's decided where to cut the bone on your tibias or femurs? I'm curious because depending on where they decided to cut the bone will effect the shape and size of your leg muscle and shape as they lengthen. Thoughts?

you have to ask the doctor himself, each doctor have his own way and vision. but for femur most doctor insert from hip side
