Did anyone here did both arm and leg lengthening....and how was his results.

Shahn Cheistian Anderson, 20cm on the legs and also lengthened his humerus. Humerus is pointless. Humerus lengthening has zero gain unless you suffer from dwarfism.

He is the perfect example that there is no threshold or specific limit. It all depends on the person. One does 20cm and arms and end up fine, some only want 5cm and end up dead from complications. Luck has to be on your side.

Pretty sure I remember him posting a Strava run on his Instagram (that particular post is deleted now), it was like 9.5 or 10 minutes a mile, not thaaat bad.

Come down to Turkey mate and you will see many veterans run. These are the veterans that have done 9+cm in single surgeries.

If he is young, a while after surgery and has done running regularly then 10 minute miles is bad and a 10 minute mile is awful.
