Hello folks, I was planning to have both segments lengthened at the same time\period. I do wish to gain 7/8cm in total (eg 4+3) while maintaining the 0.8 ratio between tibia and femur.
I'll be quite happy to have a panoramic view of the centres that offer this option apart from USA... So please help me!

Thank you in advance guys(and gals)

You need to pull the bones apart fast enough that they won't join up again before you finish lengthening.  This is why doing both segments at the same time isn't a good idea.  You might need to lengthen 2 mm a day.

Your bones won’t grow that fast if you do both segments at the same time. At Paley’s institute patients lengthen femurs by 0.75 mm and tibias by 0.5 mm a day.

I know Dr. Giotikas does. Dr. Mizroyan and Dr. Solomon do, too, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

mmm this makes no sense, you can use normal lengthening time and every bone will heal by itself with its time.  There seems not to be a compounded effect on bone healing, inflammation in the worst-case slows down bone healing.  I have read about Paley mm/day and they are slightly smaller than average not 2 times bigger...

Dr. Donghoon lee does it try to contact him if he responds. He has a lengthening package where he operates on both segments just weeks apart.
Dr. Giotikas also does it and there is a current patient with a diary here. Precice both segments http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=68601.0
