Budget conscious LON Tibia options.

After almost 3 years lurking and what not learning about CLL I would like to get a few suggestions for the experienced members.

What are the best Doctors cost/results (EXCLUDING TURKEY BUTCHERS, BULDU AND WANNABETALLER) specifically for LON on the tibias.

Before you ask:
Why LON on tibias?
-Less time with frames on your legs
-If done well recovery phase is "easier" (IMO)
-LON is generally a more suitable option for those without big budgets
-I WOULD NEVER DO LON ON FEMUR

Which Doctor or place would suit better for those looking specifically this?

I gave it a second thought. And you are absolutely right, I will keep saving for precice on femurs.
