I haven't lengthened 20+cm nor I my case was advertised from my doctor who although did a scrap job with atl, he wasn't a merchant at least.

But if I did 20+cm I would have been a disgrace for a doctor, I wouldn't have been used as an advertisement like Buldu does with madmen like that patient.

@Heightgain, that was exactly my point. Also the answer.ti your question is thas this kind of merchant doctors give some benefits to many of their.patients to become promoters and hope that they'll gain more patients that way.
In reality, any sane LLer would never consider such kind of doctors even if he is in a third world country like Buldu or not like Debirpashad.
There are much better alternatives to both of them with the same amount of money.

I totally agree with you about advertisement. I have been using this forum before when I had operation. After some time I just wanted to have a gaze to the forum. Unfortunately, many things have been changed here since that time. Before patients/people who want to have LL surgery could get objective information about the surgery, doctors, pre-op and post-op period. But now some patients are engaged in advertising their doctors. It is too sad

Every single doctor advertises one way or another, marketing takes place in every business. regarding patient advertisement, why should I not say nice things about my doctor if he did well and made my dream come true with zero complications. I thought this bloody forum was literally for sharing this kind of information.

I think most posters would like to know if a patient receives incentives for making diaries or posts. Does Buldu do this?

More than 90 percent of Dr. Buldu's patients have never heard of this forum.

Does he have many domestic and non cosmetic patients? Many of the leg lengthening doctors do.

I'm going to Dr Buldu in September and not once have they asked me a single thing about this forum, if anything, I asked them why don't they have many diaries on here or past patient stories.
