My Femurs are the same skinny diameter pre/post CLL (5 years), my calves are naturally thick and disproportionate to my slim frame as are my forearms (not biceps unfortunately).
If I were to undergoe Tib CLL and experienced calf hyperplasia i would consider the now popular (in Australia anyway) Botox calf reduction injections offered by many beauty/injector clinics.
