Can bone callus be broken? Strange cracking noise.

Yeah, this is awful. I believe GABA is finally working for me, it just requires 2 weeks, and I’m using it 4 times a day. Nevertheless, I still experience nerve pains. Presently, my IT band is making a popping sound when I walk. I suspect something might have gone wrong there because when attempting IT band stretches, I can’t sense any tension anymore. I’ll allow it to rest, and hopefully, everything will be back to normal in 2-4 weeks. It seems like problems come and go.

I concur, I will never engage in this again, more dreadful than going through a nightmare. However, I know that in 8 months, I’ll embrace my new life.

Saw your posts regarding nerve pains in tibia. At what point did they start for you? I’ve been experiencing severe pain in my right leg since around 30mm, almost like it happened overnight. Despite taking a lot of gaba, the pain persists, and now I’m at about 40mm. I can’t see the end of it; I really hope I can make it through the next 40mm. I’ve asked the doctor to increase the gaba dosage though. It mainly bothers me when I’m sitting still or lying in bed trying to sleep.
