I planned to do 5-6 cm femur, but recently I changed my mind. I have bowed tibia and it's quite obvious but not that bad. I was wondering will femur lengthening makes things worse. I mean will it make the tibia more bowed or cause very bad knee pain. If I want to do tibia lengthening, can I correct the bow leg while lengthening at the same time? Can I use internal method to achieve this? It seems like external is the only way to lengthen the leg while doing some correction. Any advice? Thanks in advance

I'm 172cm tall, just above 5'7. I plan to do 5-6cm, but not sure about which segment now. I think it's the angle of the camera. My legs are short indeed. My tibia is about 6cm shorter than the femur.
