I don't care about bodybuilding or anything like that but i just want like a skinny/fit type body with a six pack and i was wondering whether i can get it after getting 13 to 15 cm more in height
And if so,how long should i wait before i start working out?(i've seen a lot of videos where it shows the patients working out even during lengthening but they're just simple exercises so i'm not counting those)

the best time to start is 10 years ago
the second best time to start is now
strengthening your upper body will make your lengthening much easier

LL will have little if any effect on muscles and body fat percentage going forward.
