Hello guys,

I am new here and I found this board on google. I am 5'10 which is ok height but im still annoyed. There are many men taller than me when im outside and its killing my confidence. Like i dominate a lot of men with my height already but I wanna be 6'2. Can i lengthen this much?

I can’ tell if this is a troll post with the “ I dominate a lot of men” but the serious answer is yes, with two surgeries you can. I don’t know if the pain and risk of permanent injury not to mention you may be paying 6 figures is worth the reason you mentioned though...

Femurs upper leg a typical amount is 3 inches

Tibia lower leg a typical is 2 inches

If do 2 inches upper and two inches lower then yes 2+2 = 4 quick maths

However require two surgery. Can do one surgery with other nails in foreign country but the American nail supports max 8cm which is 3.15 in.

Can you? yes you can but it is not advisable, not for one segment anyway. and two surgeries for 10cm is ridiculous, better off lengthen 8cm and be done with it.

It is more advisable to do less per segment. 8cm in one go and one segment is quite a lot and more risky than 4 or 5 cm. (Plus some argue only lengthening femurs looks bad proportionally but I am someone who cares little about that).
Anyways, OP is a troll/flex post because honestly why bother making a thread if you can just do a quick google search and look what doctors have to offer?

Laziness, reason why we have the same questions circling around the forum like crazy. 4cm is arguably too little although when I reached 4 it was very noticeable. I do not take anyone over 5ft8 doing lengthening seriously. We break our legs to feel normal within society, 5ft8+ guys do it to feel better than average which is just dck measuring in my book.
