DUDE! The guy you have posted Looks only wide because he gained so much muscle, but he cant look wide with a moderate amount of muscle like a boxer.

I CANT PUT ON SO MUCH MASS! I Need to stay flexible and athletic.

My Testo Levels are at 300ng at his highest Niveau at the morning.

You have low T and it's only going to get worse. I suggest firstly setting up an appointment with an endocrinologist and seeing what you can do to reverse it and get you at a healthy level. This is why you results are not showing when you work out. You're low in testosterone.

Base levels for your age that are healthy should be anywhere from 450ng/dl to about 800ng/dl.


There are a number of dietary things you can do to somewhat reverse low T as some diets and routines seem to plummet levels. Although for the most part you might need a form of hormone replacement therapy to fix the issue and then you'd be able to build your shoulders up.

Youre just being pessimistic so that you can  fit your narrative while being lazy. Your trapezius muscles are weak as hell. Youre not even working out at all by the looks of it.
