Before I start, this is my hypothesis and I'm not really educated on bone health or I don't have any deep knowledge so you can roast me.
This idea looks very primitive and brutal so I agree.

We had growth plates until our growth stops.
Can we fake the growth plates effect?

They are pretty similar to bone fractures.
They don't affect our lifestyle or mobility thus we could maintain our daily life as kids.

Consider, if we simulate those microfractures theoretically we should have grown until our body completely fixed it.

Can we fake the growth plates effect?
if we regularly hit the tip of the tibia with this hammer can we create microfractures similar to growth plates?
If we maintain that process daily, theoretically we grow.
I know this method is pretty intimidating but there is no easy way to lengthen your bones so far.

But I am not sure and as I told you before, I don't have any deep knowledge.

I expect you to refute my hypothesis.
