Sorry for the bad quality, i also posted them in my own diary but nobody was commenting on them the first time.

So those are 50 days from surgery and about 2,7 cm of gain with Hef Method with Dr. Pili

Dr. Pili other than saying that everything looks fine and normal didn't say anything else, one thing i noticed the day after is that both fibula are both a little bit misaligned maybe? What do you think about that, are they going to fix themself? They are atteched to my tibias by small wires (3 on the knees and one above the ankles)

Obviously I am no expert nor doctor but it looks ok. I was thinking about doing it with Pili as well, would you recommend it? I am super afraid of the anesthesia tho, how the doctors performing anesthesia treated you?

also, one question since I'm new to this entire topic: on those x-rays I see space between the bones, where you gained your height, but is it actually empty space or there is a much less thick bone? like the bone is always in contact or there is space?

btw I agree, not many people are posting/commenting, many are just reading.

How is your ATL going? everything good?

Hi i was booked for early August but in the latest visit with Dr Pili he told me that we will see in September cause i was fine, so i dodged ATL for now.

The anestesia was fine, nothing to worry about.

You have actual empty space between your bones that slowly fills with everything you need, if you look close my X-Rays you can see there is some white stuff in between and this is only 40 days after the surgery.

About Pili i was able to tell right before a week that he did a really good surgery: scars are minimal, didn’t got any pinsite infection for now but mostly in less than a week after the surgery i was really well, without taking any painkiller ever i had zero pain and i was able to walk really fine with the walker inside my home, after 2 weeks (before starting the distraction phase) i was almost able to walk unaided with zero pain, right now i’m a 3cm and with walking etc for now i have zero ballerina and knee bending, just a little bit on my left leg in the morning that disappear when walking 5 min...is going to get much worse probably by the time i get to 5/6cm, Dr Pili is positive i will have to get ATL eventualy.
