In the near future, I intend to establish a beneficial stretching regimen. The implementation has already commenced.

However, I am seeking insights from the community regarding the optimal physical shape before the limb lengthening procedure.

To clarify, are legs that are extensively trained in cardiovascular exercise preferable to legs trained with weights at a moderate repetition range, for example? Additionally, I believe that engaging in significant preoperative cardiovascular activity could lower the likelihood of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) as it enhances blood circulation.
