I'm looking for the places and doctors around the world who you know are the cheapest yet safe and reliable.
I wanted to go to wannabetaller but read some pretty nasty stuff about them here in the forum.
You will hear nasty stuff about every cheap place. Some of it because it's cheap and you get a lower level of care, but not all of it. People who go to low-cost clinics are more likely to have found out about them on this website, so when something isn't good they're more likely to complain here. And the people with worse mental health who are more likely to complain in general usually can't come up with the quarter of a million dollars to pay for a high end U.S. doctor, so they usually go to the cheaper places as well.

Good doctors with good results lower cost methods
#1 parihar (13k-14k usd for tibia externals)
#2 halil buldu (18k usd for tibia or femur LON (don’t recommend femur lon, harder and more painful than tibia)
#3 catagni (18k EURO for tibia external)
#4 giotikas ( 23k euro for tibia external)
#5 Solomin Russia ( 7-9k USD for tibia external )
This list is NOT in any order like best to worst etc
