Which drs would be safe to do removal with

Cheapest option in the US is DR. Assyag in Baltimore but from what i remember hearing from him is you can only do it with them if you got the surgery from him. I believe it was 10k not sure if its still that. Every other Dr from what i remember is in the 15-18k range in North America.
