Barry eppley and Leif Rogers do it in the Usa. Hopefully someone do it in Europe.

It exists and it’s even easier than femur or tibia lengthening,unfortunately No one seems to do it in cosmetic wise in Europe,I already contacted  5 limb lenghtening doctor, 3 of them said that they do it but only if there is some problem
