Complications of femur vs tibia

I've looked through a lot of diaries and it seems that pretty much all the diaries with complications are people who lengthened their tibia. Has anyone had complications lengthening their femur?

Many diaries with femur complications as well. Generally, people who do LON get more complications and people generally do LON/externals with tibia whereas most femur diaries are with internal nails.
