Lol at these Swedish dudes whom are 3-4 inches taller than me yet feel short  Considering leg lengthening

I'm not dissing you, it just feels kind of funny.

Anyways, try doing 4 cm a segment. That way you can hit around 6'1.5-6'2 with both segments recovering well. I'm guessing 6'2 would be the Scandinavian equivalent of 6'0?

I heard doing 3-4 cms has a significant less amount of time spent and time to recover is this true? I would only do this few on LON or Ilizarov though.

Yes, that's true. Anything under 5 cm has a pretty short recovery time. With 5-7.5 cm, recovery time increases significantly, and it even gets worse past 8 cm or so.

That's why I'm considering doing 4 or 4 on both segments. Would put me at the godlike stature of just over 6'4" and recovery time will be short.

Yes us swedes are overrepresented on this forum I couldn't tell you why. We're not quite that tall really 188CM is taller than most even in stockholm or malmö but people arund 185 are the norm rather than the exception so you can understand us poor 5'10 guys feeling a bit ...well tiny.
