Hey guys,
I'm scheduled for surgery in less than 2 months and am currently looking into things to make the lengthening process smoother / more efficient etc.
I use creatine on and off for the gym and it really helps with gains and muscle recovery. My question is does anyone know if using creatine while lengthening would have any significant impact on muscle recovery / repair as the soft tissues and muscles are constantly being stretched or would it be too little of a difference to notice? If any veterans used creatine or something similar while lengthening would be great to hear from you.
Thanks guys!

Bumping this, I think this is a great question
So many people use creatine to help with things like muscles soreness, but does it cause any bad cross reactions with any other drug or condition of leg lengthening?
Anyone know?
