I have successfully completed my first phase of cross lengthening. On 30th Jan my frames were removed. For 2-3 days I was on rest and now I have started exercising and therapy has also started to strenghthen my muscles. I have started cycling too. Though there is some pain in the knee area and thigh area due to weak muscles but it will be gone eventually by exercising.Also Muscle stimulator is being used to recover muscle strength.Callus has also started forming in the distraction area. Below is the link of my last youtube video before the frame removal showing successful completion of my lenghtening target. My Tibia is 7.2cm and Femur is 7.9cm.
